Steps

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Crush kasuri methi and mix in the flour.

Pour hot oil into the flour and mix the ingredients.

Further add little water to knead the dough

Keep it aside for about half an hour and roll the dough into different shapes using cookie cutter or a knife.

Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes

Multi grain flour takes time to bake depending on the ingredients we use, the flour I have used is homemade and it took 20 minutes to bake into crispy biscuits.

Please check the colour and crispiness of the biscuits. The biscuits should turn golden brown.Thats the indicator for properly cooked biscuit.
