Oats-cornflakes instant dosa

Mix powdered oats, cornflakes, rice flour, suji and salt together.

Add curd and pour warm water to this mixture slowly and stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Batter should be of pouring consistency, neither too runny nor too thick.

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds. When they begin to crackle add cumin seeds, peppercorns, green chillies and curry leaves. When they crackle pour this into the batter from step 2 and mix.

Keep this batter aside for 1/2 hr. Adjust the consistency with water if batter thickens.

Heat the non stick tawa on high flame. Reduce the flame to medium and grease the tawa with little oil. Pour a cup of batter in the centre and spread evenly on the tawa in circular motion.

Allow to cook crisp. Turn on other side and cook till crisp. Serve hot dosas with chutney of your choice. Can stuff with potato mixture with onions, tomatoes etc.
