1Onion chopped
1Tomato chopped
1Capsicum chopped
100 gmPaneer crushed
2 tspGarlic crushed
to tasteChilli chopped
to tastePiri piri masala
to tasteSalt and pepper
1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Heat oil in a pan.add garlic chopped add onion saute for a minute

Add tomato & capsicum

Add paneer & piri piri masala

Add salt and pepper.add ketchup

Take a brown bread.apply ketchup on one side add filling cover with another piece and grill till crisp
