First take a bowl add oats powder and suji mix it well add some curd in it stirr it well and keep aside for 10 mins

Now after 15 mins take a idli stand grease with oil

In the batter add seasoning add chopped carrots and boiled corns mix it well add 1 tsp eno mix it gently and add in idli mould steam for 10 mins

When it is cool down take out the idli's and take a another pan add 1 tsp oil add rai when it crackle place all idli's on pan for tadka serve it with tomato sauce
