First roast vermicelli in pan afterwards add curd in vermicelli keep aside for 5 mins

Now take a pan add oil add some rai,cashewnuts,groundnuts and curry pata in it when it is done add this all mixture in vermicelli mixture add suji in it rest it for 15 mins

Now when it is done add in to idli mould steam it for 10 mins serve it with hung curd add ketchup in hung curd serve it hot
