First wash spinach carefully, then heat the pan along with water and boil, put spinach to the hot water for two minutes then strain it and add to the ice cold water.

After that put spinach to the blender along with green chilli and required salt and make puree. Now heat another pan add little oil to the pan and add hing, Now add spinach puree, garam masala powder, chopped green chilli,mix well and saute, add mashed potatoes, peanut powder, mix well now turn off the heat put pan on the table, now add refined flour, give it a good mix, make balls like cutlets.

Then put all cutlers to the poppy seeds mix well with poppy seeds, now heat the pan add oil, shallow fry all cutlets serve with green and red chutney.
