Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutter
  • 1.5 cuppowdered sugar
  • 2.0 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Soften the butter

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated. Roll into a 2" log and wrap in cling wrap Chill 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Slice into 1/2" rounds

  4. 4

    Bake at 350F/180C for 15 minutes give or take. Until just golden.

  5. 5

    Cool on a rack and try not to consume them all in one night
