Pepper
Onion

Wash and parboil rice
2

Fry your grinded onion and pepper,add salt and seasoning
3

Put in your parboiled rice and allow to cook
4

Grate the plantain
5

Add grinded pepper and onion into it with little seasoning
6

Make the plantain into ball and fry
7

Rice and plantain balls ready to serve
