6-8 servings

4 cupsChicken broth
1avocado
3chicken breasts
4limes, juiced
1Jalepeno, thinly sliced
1onion, chopped
1/2 cupCilantro, chopped
3 clovesgarlic
2 cupsrice, cooked
1 Tbsporegano
2 Tbspcumin
1 Tbspchili powder

Steps

In skillet, cook chicken, then cube it.

In large pot, add broth, lime juice, and spices and bring to a boil. Add chicken and cover, let simmer.

Sauté onion and garlic, add to pot.

Add Cilantro and Jalepeno right before serving. Serve over rice with avocado and Mozzerella cheese
