  1. 1.5 kgchangu fish
  2. 1 tbspgarlic n ginger paste
  3. 2 tbsptomato paste
  4. 2limes
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Curry powder

    Clean the fish n cut.Take a bowl n Mix all the ingredients

    Then marinate your fish.Put in a tray n put in the fridge for 2-3hrs n fry.

    Enjoy with cabbage/kachumbari n ugali.Or rice n lentils.
