Steps

Make a well and add water as required to make a soft dough

Cover the dough with polythen paper...for me I left 15min....this allows the yeast work well and becoming soft

Dived into small bolls which you will roll cut into 4peaces.

Dip fry the mahamri after heating your oil to aboiling point...turn when golden brown

Serve with tea.. if in Mombasa....mbaazi ya nazi vipi😉
