Healthy Poha Ladoo
These are very yummy and healthy
Steps

Roast Poha on low flame till nice aroma comes.

Grind in mixer into fine powder.

Mix powdered sugar or Jaggery in Poha and mix well.

Heat ghee in pan.

Fry dry fruits in ghee.

Keep aside.

Add Cardamom powder and fried dry fruits in Poha mix and mix well.

Add piping hot ghee in this mixture and mix well with spoon.

Add 2-3 drops of milk if the mixture is too dry.
- 10
Make ladoos and enjoy.
