Wash and parboil rice, wash after about 5 minutes and leave in a sieve to drain. Wash the chicken and snail, add ginger, curry, salt, cubes, onions and pepper and cook, when the meat water comes out and dries a bit add more water to help it cook properly and still leave you some stock then grill the chicken and snail, tho the snail has to be out earlier before the children so it doesn't vget too strong.

Put veg oil in a pan, when hot, add thyme and then diced onions, stir and then the blended tomato paste and fry the water dry, add salt and seasoning and fry for few more minutes, put Ur washed rice in a pot, add the tomato sauce, add ur meat stick, stir and taste and then balance where short, add more water to cook the rice properly and then cook till done, when water leave the top, fetch a little butter and place on top to boil in, oh Lawd! And then the green beans. Once it's dry, it's done
