Dissect your chicken, dispose.of the inedible parts and assemble all the edible parts in a sufuria😋😋. Cut into smaller pieces and boil for depending on the texture of your chicken. I boiled mine for 35mins.

As the water begins to.drain off the chicken, add in your sliced onions and reduce heat,so it the onion smell.can be well incorporated in the chicken

Stir your onions into the mixture and add a little oil,until the onions begin to brown. Then add in your sliced tomatoes and stir as you sprinkle salt to taste.

Add in your garlic powder,you can use the fresh garlic, i didnt have one so the powder came in handy. You can also add in any spice of your choice.

Pour a little water and cover, let it simmer for a few minutes then you can take it off the heat then sprinkle your chopped corriander. And serve with any meal of your choice. Enjoy!!
