Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, add in mayonnaise, minced cilantro, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, paprika powder, salt, dan black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add eggs and avocado. Mix well again for a while.

Serve with boiled potatoes or toast or you can also make a sandwich.
