Take besan. Add salt and turmeric powder.

Add buttermilk and make batter.

If needed add water. And whisk properly.

Add eno and transfer this batter to dhokla mould and steam for 15 minutes.

Check with knife if it comes clear then it's cooked otherwise steam for few more minutes

Cool and de mould.

Cut into pieces.

Heat oil. Cracker mustard seeds.

Now add green chillies.

Add 2 cup water, sugar, lemon juice.

When sugar melts and it boils turn off the gas.

Pour this water over cut pieces of dhokla.

Keep rest for few minutes so that dhokla absorbs water.

Garnish with green coriander and serve it.
