I have to admit this is not my creation. I found a recipe online a while back tweaked it a little and came up with the most amazing tasting brownie frosting! You cannot go wrong with this frosting.   • 11/2 cupsPowdered Sugar
  • 2 tbspEvaporated Milk (OK to use regular milk)
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 2 tbspCocoa

    Melt butter in a small saucepan.

  2. 2

    Add cocoa and remove pan from heat.

  3. 3

    Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth.

  4. 4

    Spread over brownies. Eat!
