Steps

Wash,cut snd and start to boil your Irish till down. You can keave for about 25mins to soften very well. Then you marsh well too.

Then start to chop your veggies down as well. Meanwhile, check the irish which should be ready and start to marsh to be very soft and pasty. After which you mix the irish in a pot, add salt and fresh pepper with water but not too much,heat on gas,then pour your green and yellow pepper and stir. Allow for 2mins and that us ready.

Then mix your veggies down as wl before creaming abd get ready to serve.
