Best for breakfast. Very easy, healthy as broken wheat(dalia) and oats flour used to make this delicious steamed cake.

Best for breakfast. Very easy, healthy as broken wheat(dalia) and oats flour used to make this delicious steamed cake.
Steps

Grind dalia for 3-4times in a blender.

Take dalia, oats flour, curd, salt, beetroot puree and mix.

Add water as needed to make a thick batter.

Heat oil in a tadka pan and add all the ingredients under tempering.

Cool a bit and then pour over the mixture.

Mix well.
Meanwhile heat water in a steamer. - 7
Add baking soda and beat the batter.

Take a bundt cake mould, grease with oil and pour the batter till 3/4th.

Steam it for 8-10mins.

Cool a bit before demoulding. Serve with any chutney, dip or sauce.
