In a sufuria boil, boil the green maize for 15 minutes, add the green peas and continue boiling till ready.

Peel the potatoes and rinse them well, add to the mixed green peas and maize and boil till the potatoes are soft.

In another sufuria, put the pumpkin leaves and boil for 5 minutes. Drain any excess water if any. Put the pre cooked pumpkin leaves, in a blender and blend the pumpkin leaves

Add the blended pumpkin leaves to the your mixture of green peas, green maize and potatoes.

Add some salt and mash together till thy all incorporate.

Serve with your favorite stew.
