Steps

Take wheat flour in a bowl.

Add salt and ghee.

Knead smooth dough and keep aside to rest for 5-10 mins.

In another bowl mix all ingredients of stuffing.

Mix it properly. Stuffing is ready.

Now take little portion of dough and roll small roti.

Now put some stuffing and bind it properly and roll it again.

Now heat griddle and cook paratha by applying ghee/oil on both sides till brown and crispy.

Take it on serving dish and cut it in desired shapes and sprinkle grated cheese over it.

Garnish it and serve with aloo curry / pickle / chutney/ yogurt.

Serve hot at your breakfast.
