Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/4 cupgreen peas (boiled and grind)
  • 1green capsicum finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1tomato finely chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp eachred chilli powder,chat masala
  • 1/2 tspsalt or as your taste
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • some green coriander leaves chopped
  • 3-4 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take besan in a bowl. add grind matar,chopped onion,capsicum, tomatoes,green chillies and all spices.

  2. 2

    Whisk all the ingredients together along with some water to make a mixture.Add more water to make it's consistency light.

  3. 3

    Now take a non stick pan and grease it with few drops of oil.allow it to hot.put some amount of mixture and pour it in the centre.quickly spread it to a round cheela.

  4. 4

    Drizzle some oil around the edges and the centre,allow to cook untill the edges leave the pan.

  5. 5

    Flip it to the other side.press down the edges with a spatula.fry untill the cheela is cooked completely.
    serve hot with chutney or sauce
