Wash the chicken put in a pot and season and allow to cook

Wash the rice with hot water leave in a sieve and allow to drain

To make the stew for the jollof rice pour blended or steamed tomatoes into small oil and allow to fry and salt and all necessary seasoning

Once is fried pour in chicken stock and add more water pour the washed rice add peas cover and allow to cook

In a fry pan pour small oil and stir fry the garlic,veggies, chicken and mushrooms season to taste

Stir fry for a few minutes and put of the heat.

Check the rice if cooked allow to dry and turn with a wooden spoon.Then is ready to be served.
