Steps

Wash the palak leaves and chop the leaves.

Heat the oil in a pan.add the cumin seeds and onion and green chilli and salt.

Add potatoes mix it 5/10 min.

Add tomatoes and all material.

Add salt,red mirchi,dhaniya powder,haldi powder,mix it well.

Add methi leaves and mix all material.now cover the pan 10/15min.till the potatoes soft and cooked and the water from palak leaves has dried out.

And now aloo palaksubji is ready.
