  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 cupgreen corinder leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcorinder powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2chapati light cook

    Take a bowl.Add all ingredients..mix well.

    Take a pan heat ghee.put egg better.make a chilla.cook and cover a chapati..turn over.

    Saute.and move chapati put ghee.cook.and fold the chapati... Serve with sos.
