Beef Jollof rice with coleslaw

Steps

Washed rice and per boil. Wash and set aside

Washed and cook meat with seasoning cubes, spring onion and green pepper and salt. Ensure to cook until its tender then fry beef with Soyaoil and set aside

Boil fresh tomatoes and sachet tomatoes until the water drys. Heat oil and fry tomatoes for about 10mins and pour a little green pepper inside and continue frying until it drys

Pour water and mix the Jollof rice spice, stockfish flakes, crayfish, salt and stock together.

Pour rice inside stir very well, balance the ingredients stir and allow to boil for a while, reduce the heat and allow to cook until the rice is tender. Allow the water to dry

For the coleslaw slice eggs and mix with salad cream
- 7
Garnish Jollof rice with fried beef and coleslaw
