In a bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, capsicum, hung curd,black pepper,green chilli and salt mix it all together well.

Now take bread slices and cut the edges of bread all sides.

Now take a bread slice and spread prepared curd vegetables evenly on the top. Take other slice of bread and fold it.

Cut the sandwich in half and serve with sause or chutney.
