Ingredients

4 people.
  1. 1 packfrozen quorn mince
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped carrot
  4. Tinlentils
  5. 1cartoon Passata
  6. 1veg stock cube
  7. 1 teaspoonoregano
  8. 1 teaspoonrosemary
  9. 1 teaspoonthyme
  10. S and p
  11. Mash. Make own or buy frozen!

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven. 180. Cook onion and carrot

  2. 2

    Add mince and fry lightly

  3. 3

    Add herbs.

  4. 4

    Add lentil and Passata.

  5. 5

    Add salt and pepper and stock cube.

  6. 6

    Give a good stir and if needed add a little water.

  7. 7

    Simmer for 20 mins.

  8. 8

    Add to a large dish and cover in the mash. Bake in oven. 180 for 30 mins. Serve with green veg.
