Papad Spring Roll

Take boil potato.

Mash it properly.

Add corn and spices.

Add cheese for extra flavor (optional).

Mix them properly.

Take masala papad

Take warm water in a plate and soak one papad at a time for 30-40 seconds.

Now take it out from water

Wipe extra moisture with tissue paper

Take some filling and place it on one side of the papad leaving the edges. With very carefully roll them from one side to another just like you would roll a spring roll.

At the end apply all-purpose flour paste and stick papad.

Make all the rolls and keep them aside

Put them in a fryer or microwave for 2-3 min

Take it out the crispy papad spring roll.

Serve immediately hot papad roll with spicy green and red chutney.
