Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok add 2 tsp oil add mustard seeds and green chilli crackle it, now 2 glass water and sugar and lemon juice. Boil it then keep aside.

Make dhokla batter, take a big bowl add besan suji salt and curd mix it add water as needed and make dhokla batter add 2 tsp oil and at last eno and mix it.

Grease mould add dhokla batter steam it.

When it cools down add dhokla tempering water.

Garnish with green coriander.
