1 cuppre-boiled rice
1onion
2 tbspcarrot
Capsicum
1 tbspcorriander
Cooking oil
Salt
Pepper
1 tspgarlic and ginger paste

Steps

1

Heat oil in pan on medium heat add garlic and ginger paste and cook for one minute stirring frequently.

Add capsicum,onions,carrots,salt and pepper cook for 5 minutes
3

Add precooked rice and cook for two minutes.then garnish with coriander
