For the chicken marinade, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

To bread the chicken, place the breadcrumbs on a plate and coat each piece thoroughly. Tip: For extra crunch, first coat the chicken in all-purpose flour, dip it back in the marinade, then coat with breadcrumbs again.

Once all the chicken is breaded, heat 1 cup of oil (240 ml) in a skillet. When hot, add the chicken.

For the spaghetti, bring 4 cups of water (1 liter) to a boil. Add the spaghetti and the washed tomatoes, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Remove the tomatoes first, then drain the spaghetti. In a blender, blend the tomatoes with cumin, salt, and garlic.

In a pot, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and sauté the sliced hot dogs. Pour in the tomato sauce, bring to a boil, then add the spaghetti and sour cream. Cook for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
