Cooking Instructions

    Sift the dough and add salt to taste

    Knead with cold water till stiff dough is made and rest for 15-20mins

    Start by making a single turn then rest for 20 mins

    Proceed to make the first double turn and let rest for ten to 15 mins

  5. 5

    Proceed to making the second single turn and rest

  6. 6

    Then finally make the last and final turn

  7. 7

    Poke gently to show turns and rest for 1 hour
