1 litermilk
100 gsoaked sabudana 4-5 hours
1/2 cupsugar
1/4 cupdry fruits chopped like almond pistachio
1 tspElaichi powder
8-7kesar thread

Take a heavy bottam pan.Boil milk. add sabudana..cook in low flame..add elachi powder and dry fruits..mix well.

Add kesar.staire continue.add sugar mix..cook 5-10 mintes.

Kheer ready..serve cool ya hot your choice. garnish with dry fruits and kesar.
