Steps

Keep all ingredients ready. Make chilli paste.

Dry roast singhada flour. Once cool add arrawroot flour.

Add chilli paste, Salt and buttermilk. Whisk continuously on slow flame for 10 minutes. After that cook on full flame for 2-3 minutes.

Apply oil on backside of a steel plate. Spread one tbsp batter to check consistency. If it comes out clear, spread quickly on backside of plate.

Roll into equal size rolls.

Take oil in a tadka pan. Add cumin and sesame seeds. Add curry leaves and chopped chilli.

Pour tadka on khandvi. Sprinkle chopped coriander. Enjoy this healthy snack during fasting time..
