Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. SomeOil for deep frying
  3. 2 tablespoonoil for moyan
  4. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  5. 2 tablespooncheese spread

Steps

  1. 1

    Knead the flour,cheese spread and salt together with water.

    Rest for 30 minutes. Take a ball from dough flatten on pastry board to a thin layar like chapati. Cut into quarter inch strips also in vertical.

    Deep fry till it becomes crispy.serve with hot tea.
