Healthy multigrain palak paratha is especially good for those who least fond of palak. You can also use ghee to fry them. Serve hot with chutney, pickle, sauce as you like.

In a large bowl add all flours, chopped spinach, chilli garlic paste, carton seeds, sesame seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Add water and knead well.

Make medium sized ball of it.

Roll the paratha. Place it on hot griddle. Drizzle some oil, then flip on other side. Again drizzle some oil. Cook well the paratha. It's ready to serve. I served it with groundnut chutney, jawas(flax seeds chutney), fresh haldi pickle and fresh raw mango pickle.
