Ingredients

  • 250 gmPaneer
  • 1 uponion ,tomato paste
  • 1 tbspginger,garlic paste
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Hin a pan saute ginger,garlic,onion,tomato paste

  2. 2

    Add spies and 2 cups of water

  3. 3

    Add paneer cubes and cover the pan

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame till 5 minutes.(you can fry the paneer before adding in spices)

  5. 5

    Add garam masala and serve.
