Now wash the vegetables and shred it, then set a clean pot on fire pour in d vegetable add a pinch of salt, Onion, crafish and a little oil allow to cook for just 3 minutes and turn off heat. voila! Ur vegy sauce is ready.

Set your pot on fire add oil let it heat for a minute the add onion, tomatoes and pepper allow it fry for three minutes then add d meat stock and if not as tasty as you like it then add more seasoning and a pinch of salt then add the crayfish and allow to cook for two minutes then you add your per boiled rice and leave to cook.
