Steps

First we wash the rice and soak in water for 30 minutes. on the other hand we start to cook peas.

Now take a pan heat 3 tblsp oil add 1 cinnamon stick, cloves,black pepper corn zeera and 2 bay leaves, saute for half minute then add the onion slices and saute till becomes light brown.now add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute add green peas stir and add 1 tsp salt stir and mix well.add 1/2 cup water and cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.

On the other side take soaked rice and put into a pan add 3-4 cups water, one cinnamon stick and one bay leaf,add 2 tsp salt or according to the taste. Now boil the rice and cooked.when rice become half cooked or 80%.remove from the gas strain the rice and wash with normal water

Now check the green peas when it becomes soft add the boiled rice.Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes. No need to add water.

Your peas pulao is ready garnish with some green coriander leaves. Serve with salad and curd and enjoy.
