Healthy bread toast

Steps

Take a bowl. Put into potato and mashed it.

After that put into chopped onion,tomato,fry capsicum(take a pan put into 1 teaspoon oil and fry capsicum)and mix well.

After that put into coriander leaf and mlai and again mix.

After that put into salt,garam masala,maggi masala,red chilli powder.and mix properly.

Now take twaa and heat it... when the twaa is heat put into 2 boond oil and heat a bread from one side.

When the bread is change light brown colour put into potato mixture and cover with 2nd heat bread.

And after that heat the bread both side...toast is ready...and again next bread is heat.

Now serve it with tomato sauce,if u want more yummy u will use chilli sauce and want more spicy then u will use garlic sauce.(it is made at ur home)

Healthy snack for breakfast and evening tea also.
