Boil the vegetables for 7 minutes. Once cooked, chop them very finely.

Combine all the ingredients with the vegetables and mix well to form a dough. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 480°F (250°C).

Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes with heat from both the top and bottom.
