Wash and remove cucumber milk. Slice it evenly.

Grate remaining half of cucumber. Strain it's water. Mix hungcurd, cucumber, onion salt and cheese sauce.

Apply butter over all slices. Apply cucumber mix on two slices. Arrange the sliced cucumbers over. Cut into desired shapes.
