Take the Paneer cubes and add all the masala mentioned in the marination.set aside for 30 mins

Heat oil and fry 2 onions. Fry till golden brown.move the onions on side to remove excess oil

Take 50 grms Kaju (cashew) and grind to a fine powder. Set aside

Grind the fried onions to a smooth paste.set aside

Take the tomatoes and grill them on the stove. They should turn all black.remove the skin

Take the tomatoes and grind them with garlic and red chillies to a smooth paste. Set aside

Heat oil and add the whole Garam masala mentioned

Add ginger garlic paste and fry

Add the onion paste and the tomato puree and fry

Add the marinated paneer along with little water

Add the Kaju (cashew) powder. This will thicken the gravy

Add the Kasuri methi, honey and adjust the salt,cook 5 mins

Serve hot with chapatis
