Chinese Green Chilli Chicken Curry 😋

I have made this curry about 6 to 7 times. My family loves this curry with chinese fried rice. If you like you could skip the chicken and just add veggies of your choice and make a chinese veggie curry. I created my version of this recipe with a combination of spices, sauce and vegetables.

I have made this curry about 6 to 7 times. My family loves this curry with chinese fried rice. If you like you could skip the chicken and just add veggies of your choice and make a chinese veggie curry. I created my version of this recipe with a combination of spices, sauce and vegetables.

In a wok heat oil add chicken and garlic paste, sauté until white. Then add vinegar, spices and green chillis. Now mix well.

Add water and cook on low flame until chicken is done. Then turn the flame high, make the curry. After that turn flame low add cornflour slurry for a little thickening but nit too much. Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot with chinese fried rice. Enjoy
