Heat ghee into a pan add all chopped veggies except cucumber saute well add salt and black pepper

Prepare mint chutney: take a bowl add mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, green chilli, salt grind it

On a tava add butter put one slice, first spread mint chutney,add veggie masala put on cucumber,then put over another slice,cook golden brown,serve with sauce or chutney
