Peanuts! the first thing that comes to the mind that Peanuts are rich in energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health. Peanuts are an excellent sauce of dietary protein. Just a handful of Peanuts per day provide enough recommended levels of phenolic antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and protein. Peanut Sandwich is delicious and crunchy with nutty Peanuts.

Peanut Sandwich is delicious and crunchy with nutty Peanuts.

In a mixing bowl, take ¼ cup of chopped Onions and ¼ cup of chopped Tomatoes.

Then add ¼ cup of grated Carrots and ¼ cup of roughly chopped Lettuce

Furthermore, add 1 cup of eggless Mayonnaise followed by ½ cup of Peanut (Mungfali) Powder.

Now add ½ tsp of Salt, ¼ tsp of Black Pepper Powder, mix well and stuffing is ready

Take the nonstick tawa and allow it to heat well.

Now on preheated tawa, add 1 tsp of Butter and keep the single slice of Bread over the tawa.

Add the sandwich stuffing over the Bread slice and put the other Bread slice over it.

Apply the Butter over the other side of Bread slice and roast on medium flame for 2 Min.

Then flip over the sandwich and roast from other side for another 2 Min.

Check if sandwich is roasted well from both the sides.

Cut the Peanut sandwich diagonally and serve hot.
