Cook cut washed and peeled potatoes in a little bit of ghee/butter, add all the spices (mustard seeds, whole cumin seeds, Crushed dry red chillies and salt) to the potatoes and cook till soft.

When potatoes are cooked and soft throw in the washed curry leaves. Seal pot to lock in the aroma and flavor.

Add cooked potatoes curry to the center of the roti and roll up tightly. U can secure with a pic or some decorative ribbon like I have used.

I have added bhadjias/vedas which is a type of snack or savory and Mithai a sweetmeat which is very popular in Indian cuisine to complete the experience 🤗🇮🇳❤️
