Steps

Wash and peel mango and cut in to long pieces. Add 1 cup water in it and cook it till it becomes soft. Seive excess water.

Heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds,onion seeds, Fenugreek seeds when it crackles add Asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Jaggery in it and stir it.

When Jaggery melts add mango pieces, cumin powder, fennel seeds and salt in it. cook it for 1-2 minutes.

You can make launji without boiling mango pieces. Add mango pieces in tadka then add Jaggery and little water and cook it.
