Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmoong(soaked in water overnight)
  2. 4tomato(chopped)
  3. 10 mloil to fry
  4. to taste salt
  5. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  6. halftbsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 10 slicesbread
  9. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  10. 1 tbsppizza sauce
  11. 1 tbspjatka chutney
  12. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  13. 2 cubescheese(grated)
  14. 1 tbspchat masala
  15. 1 tbspbutter
  16. capsicum(half red half yellow half green)
  17. onion(chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker heat oil in it.now fry tomato in it.

  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder,salt turmeric powder and turmeric powder and fry it

  3. 3

    Now add the moong and fry it and cover it and wait till 1 whistle.your fried moong is ready

  4. 4

    In a bowl add fried moong the remaining veggies and all the remaining spices and sauces except butter and little amount of cheese.mix well.

  5. 5

    Now take a bread.put butter and green chutney on it.now put the made moong masala on it.now put another slice of bread on it.

  6. 6

    Now put butter and green chutney on it.now put the moong masala made on it.now put some grated cheese on it and another slice of bread and grill it.

  7. 7

    Your moongi sandwich is ready.now put some grated cheese on it and enjoy with green chutney and tomato ketchup
